Lately, Kenichirou is really into puzzles. I’m surprised how much focus he has at only 2 1/2 years old. The puzzles he prefers are pretty complicated. He seems to prefer the difficult ones to the easier ones designed for children. Everyday he’s spending hours working on his train puzzle. I’m happy to see him focus his mental energy. Of course, he has a lot of physical energy and he loves to run and play and dance and fight and scream. So when he sits quietly and puts the puzzle together, I get to see a new side of him.
So now it’s back to the 100 yen store to get more puzzles.

How many pieces do the puzzle have?
It seems to have a lot piece!
Ken-cyan is a very bright child!!
Thanks for the comment, Arikawa-san! This puzzle has 96 pieces. It’s supposed to take about one hour to put it all together. Kenichirou used to need help, but he’s done this same puzzle many times and now he does it himself. We’re going to go back to the Daiso and get him some more puzzles.
