Lately to stay in shape I’ve been doing dance and kung-fu, but recently I added some new elements to my workout.

I started doing the Bas Rutten workout again. It’s a good cardio workout using punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and more. I like to do the Bas Rutten workout to James Brown music.

After more than three years, I’m back in the gym pumping iron. Last Monday was my first day and my body was in shock. Today I was back again and feeling much better about it. I’m hoping to put on a few kilos worth of muscle. The picture above shows Arnold Schwarzenegger doing a deadlift. I really love deadlifts. I don’t know why. I hate squats and love deadlifts.
