Wow! It’s hot!

But I’m glad the children are still genki. Japanese children are amazing to be able to play in such heat. I’m glad our students can still study and we’re still having new students enroll.

I haven’t slept with the air conditioning this year. It’s the first time. It’s a little cooler at night in Sanda than in Nishinomiya though. I did move from the bedroom to a room downstairs, the coolest in the house.

We’re drinking lots of ginger ale too. It’s very refreshing in the summer.

I’m hoping the summer doesn’t last too long though. It’s just too hot for this poor hakujin.
