Tuesday was a pretty big day for us. It was exciting because we had a lot of phone calls and some great guests visit the house. 龍斟先生 came over to offer some help making contacts in the community. It’s great because he started his business from zero just like we are at Ark. Now he has a successful business with many students and we hope for the same. We are very thankful for his help. And he’s quite interesting too: a Japanese renaissance man. I couldn’t list all his talents but they include various martial arts, breaking bricks with his bare hands, calligraphy, a variety of musical instruments, and pottery. He’s also a cowboy.
Thanks to 龍斟先生, Ark Academy is going to be interviewed by the newspaper. We’re pretty excited about that.
We had two 元気 boys come for a lesson. They had a lot of energy and enthusiasm and we had a good time. I can’t wait to see them again soon.
Today we realized we have a lot of work to do on the website. Also, there’s quite a bit of interest for the yoga class in June, so that’s good. I’m interested to see yoga here at Ark. We’re also preparing for our first baby class tomorrow. I’m looking forward to that.
Kenichirou just loves having guests. Today Yoko-san had a lesson and he loves to play with her. I’m glad we can have so many friends for him to play with.
We’re thankful to God for all our blessings.
