Ms. Yamada’s two boys Eitarou and Takara are Ark Academy students and Ms. Yamada works at the Kirin beer factory. Hatsuho, Kenichirou, and I went to the factory for the tour and I had the opportunity to sample the 2010 Toretate Hoppu Ichiban Shibori lager beer. I was very impressed with the smooth bold flavor of this beer. Also, it was before noon, and drinking before noon is quite a luxury.
Today I want to Saty and found the beer for sale. It makes for a refreshing afternoon. This is one advantage of owning your own business.
If you’re looking for a fresh beer tasting experience, I recommend sampling Kirin’s 2010 beer made with all domestic hops. Let me know what you think of it. I find it to be a very fine beer, indeed.
